New CFO Named
Rob Glunk, President & CEO of The Muncy Bank and Trust Company, recently announced that Misty Mark has joined the company as a Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer.
With over ten years of banking experience, Mark will oversee all financial, accounting, and tax planning functions for the company. She will also administer the bank’s asset/liability position and the company’s investment portfolio. She reports directly to President & CEO, Rob Glunk. Prior to joining Muncy Bank, Mark was a Financial Manager at Penn State. She also worked as an Auditor in the Washington DC market before moving back to the area.
Receiving her CPA license in 2008, Mark is a graduate of Lock Haven University with Bachelor of Science Degrees in Accounting and Business Administration and Bloomsburg University with a Master of Business Administration. She is also a member of the Leadership Clinton County class of 2018.
Mark is replacing Craig Kremser who is retiring as CFO/Senior Vice President in January 2018 after serving Muncy Bank for 29 years.
According to Glunk, “We are happy to have Misty join Muncy Bank. Her various levels of accounting/audit experience will prove beneficial to our company. We are very fortunate that she will have 4 months to work with Craig prior to his retirement, to allow a smooth transition in the department.”
She resides in Clinton County with her husband and son.
