Starting his lending career in 2003, Rob is an integral part of the Muncy Bank business development team. Prior to joining Muncy Bank, he held the position of Assistant Vice President/Commercial Lender for a local Lycoming County bank. Throughout his career, he has been involved in all aspects of Consumer, Mortgage and Commercial Lending.
A graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aeronautical Science. He is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Banker’s Association’s School (PBA) School of Banking, the PBA School of Commercial Lending and the Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Lycoming Program.
Active in the local community, he has volunteered as a basketball coach for the John Bower Basketball League, Little League and the Amateur Softball Association. He has also been involved with Habitat for Humanity, Lions Club, Lycoming County United Way Allocation Committee and was a member of the Little Mountaineer Little League Board.

Kevin oversees the bank’s commercial lending function as well as being an integral part of the Muncy Bank business development team. Prior to joining Muncy Bank, Weinhoffer held the position of Senior Vice President/Corporate Director of Commercial Loans and Credit Services for another local bank. Over his career, he has been involved in all aspects of banking, to include: Loan Collections and Recovery, Retail Banking, Residential Mortgage Lending, Indirect Automobile Lending, Commercial Lending, Asset Quality and the development of Commercial Loan Policies and Procedures.
A graduate of South Williamsport Area High School, he earned Bachelor of Science Degrees in Economics and Finance from Susquehanna University. He is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Banker’s Association’s School (PBA) School of Banking, the PBA Central Atlantic School of Banking and the PBA Advanced School of Banking. He is also a graduate of the Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce Leadership Lycoming Program.
Active in the local community, Kevin volunteers for the Chamber of Commerce’s Revolving Loan Fund. He is a past volunteer basketball coach and coordinator for his church and for a local junior high basketball program.
Kevin resides in South Williamsport with his wife, Andrea, and his two children Ryan and Lauren.

Joining Muncy Bank in 1990, Kate is an integral part of the Muncy Bank business development team. Throughout her career, Kate has been actively involved with her business customers. It is her goal to help her business customers determine and fulfill all their financial needs.
A life-long resident of Eastern Lycoming County, Kate is a graduate of the East Lycoming School District. Active in the local community she is a 20-year member of the Muncy Area Kiwanis Club and supportive of the club’s many activities, which include the annual Easter Egg Hunt and helping at the Muncy Fourth Friday events.

A graduate of Lycoming College, Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Managerial Economics with a minor in Business Administration, graduating with honors in economics, religion and business. He also completed the Omega Financial Banking Course.
Mark began his banking career during college as a teller in 2010. Following an internship with the credit department, he was involved with a management training program focused on commercial lending until beginning his lending career in 2014. He held the position as Commercial Lender III with another local financial institution prior to making the switch to Muncy Bank. He has extensive experience with Commercial Loans through his years lending and also his years spent within the credit department.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active in the gym or hiking trails and being an active member of a local church congregation. Formerly, he has served on the local YMCA Advisory Board.
Mark was born and raised in South Williamsport and currently resides in Montoursville with his wife, Michelle and his daughter Callie along with their German Shepherd, Celek.
